Return or Exchange Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN THE UK)

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product, simply follow the directions below to return the product within 14 working days after receipt of the products by you, and we will promptly process your request and refund your money. Please ensure the product is in all its original packaging and has not been used. Send the items back to:

Please contact us at online@scentnessence.co.uk before returning any item with the order reference. We will send a free postage return Label to your email registered against the respective order. Our returns will be accepted at your nearest Royalmail Collection centre (preferable) or at a Postoffice. Incase you cannot print the postage label, it will be printed at the collection centre if you present the QRcode on the return label. It is Customer's responsibility to return the parcel at the collection centre.

Please note we are unable to refund any items after the 14 working days’ time limit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE OF THE UK) 

Our International Orders are charged for Shipping and equally have charges for return shipping. International orders that are returned due to the following

1.       Nonpayment of customs and clearance fees by the buyer

2.       Non acceptance of the order

3.       Incorrect address provided by the buyer

4.       Fraudulent Claim

All the shipping and processing costs by the courier to return the order will be deducted from the order value of the buyer. Net refund will be only processed once the shipping and return charges are deducted. The refund for international orders will be processed 7 days after the return has been received, checked and deduction charges are determined.
