Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS (ORDERS SENT WITHIN THE UK)

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please refer to Events outside our control regarding exceptional circumstances.

We ship all UK Standard orders via Royal mail Tracked 48 and Expedited Orders via Tracked 24.

We currently only ship within UK

1. UK Mainland: Standard 48 hours (2-3 Working Days Post Dispatch), excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

2. UK Mainland (Expedited Service) - (1-2 Working Days Post Dispatch) (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

This is a next working day delivery service, if order is placed before the cut-off time of 12noon . Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.

Delivery times are estimated only and commence from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation.

If no one is available to sign the parcel, Parcel will be left with a neighbour or a safe place (if applicable) or instructions will be left on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

For the orders that are misplaced or incorrectly delivered, we follow 7 working day dispute resolution policy. This is in line with Royal mail's Service Level Agreement to investigate thoroughly to avoid any Fraudulent activities. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE OF THE UK) 

Our International Orders are charged for Shipping and equally have charges for return shipping. Please check our return and refund policy for international shipping.

International shipping charges are determined by the country and weight of the parcel. We only charge for the freight to deliver the order to the customer address. All import VAT, Customs and processing charges are borne by the customer which are notified by the courier when the order arrives to their respective customs within their country.
